Staff were supper friendly, wi-fi was good, and I loved its beautiful location adjacent to ALL THE RESTAURANTS, theme parks and Universal Studios. The room I had was delightful with an amazing bathroom. The service in general was great. Could use their free parking.

A fancy place to stay when in Orlando. English breakfast with savoury selection. Beds where cozy, room was warm with an excellent view. Everything was brand-new during our stay however disappointing aspect was very cold bathroom.

Staying at the hotel was great, I would return there. All was tidy, I liked fantastic staff and location. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, blinds, thick curtains and separate lounge. Convenient access to the perfect beach located near the venue. Also, the area was trendy.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other handicap accessible hotels. Friendly service, decent sized room, big bed. The staff was absolutely absolutely wonderful. Perfect facilities and the pool was excellent. The location was prime, relatively close to a miss observation wheel.
My room had not very good view.
